Horrible customer service every time I've gone to this location..also very rude professional employees as well as cold nasty food ...a few times my sister n I have tried to complain about the food being so nasty we had to return it or throw away with no resolution or solution to our inconvenience...even asked to speak to a manager multiple times with no luck guess she's always "out" ...also tried calling the 1800 number and was put on hold forever or it was after business hours ...get it together Wendy's cause my sister and I are valuable customers and usually love Wendy's but this has made us choice a different restaurant too many occasions...really wish someone in charge with atleast a little common sense would make this rite!
